EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY 

  • Product exchanges will be handled as product return / refund and a new order should be placed. 

PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Product refunds must meet the following criteria:
    • Request made within 30 days of the order date
    • Product must be in new condition
    • Product must have all original tags and packaging
  • Return shipping cost(s) will be paid for by CORESTHETIX via pre-paid postage for your convenience and satisfaction.
  • Product refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks after you ship the product back for credits to be processed.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you received defective or incorrect products, please follow our product return process and a CORESTHETIX team member will reach out to you.
