WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING / HANDLING PROCESS?
- Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
- Tracking number(s) will be sent to the email provided on the order once the order has been processed and shipped.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

- If we are able to cancel it, we will do it for you. Once an order is processed and ready for shipping, we will not be able to cancel the order.
IF I’M A CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES - DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES? IF SO, HOW MUCH?
- Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs/import charges imposed on the order. Customs/Import charges are dependent on the country's tariff system where the order is being shipped to. Shipments are typically charged once the item has arrived at its destination.
- Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over this matter and can't estimate the cost.
